Stayed the weekend in a L-CUBE MIWA 4 and 6 person cottage. This part of the park looks very new and modern and the accommodations fit this as well. Apart from the bit odd and unclear heating, nothing bad could be said about the homes. The rest of the park and facilities themselves however are quite basic and seemed not tailored to the visiting crowds as a Landal or Center Parcs is. Would hesitate to book Europarcs for a family holiday over the other parcs.
We rented a tiny house for our stay in the Netherlands. The park is very safe, people with passes can go in. Full of nature. Peace and quiet. The tiny house is very comfortable, and has everything you need. When staying at the park one can use the amenities such as the indoor pool. One can also rent a bicycle or an e chopper to visit the park. We visited in September and it was very quiet.
We stayed at one of the tiny houses for a couple of nights. The area itself is lovely, well maintained and pretty. According to the pictures and the price that we paid for our stay in advance, our expectations were high. Funny enough, we were charged 40 euros of 'service costs' & 60 euros of 'cleaning costs' when the only service we had during the few days was when we were handed a key to our room once we arrived. The staff were friendly, but not very service-oriented as they did not tell any handy extra information - everything had to be figured out ourselves.
Not to mention that the assumed services such as toilet paper (1 roll..), soap, cleaning products for dishes - not even a brush were missing. However, it was clearly expected from us to clean up after us the kitchen, bring the trash out and take our bedsheets as well. There is absolutely no problem with this as long as we are not being charged by these so-called services. I understand that the cleaning must be done anyway after us, but this was quite an interesting solution.
The hot tub was also a bit of a disappointment, as even the wood to heat it with was not included in the price, nor the whole process of heating it for hours.
The house itself had some practical matters that could have been implemented better (for instance, hooks and the inability to close the toilet door). Despite this, we did really like the accommodation, as it was very cosy and nicely decorated, and the fireplace was great. It was really quiet, and the nature presence was there. The house was also very clean (the presence of cleaning costs at least visible here), so points for that.
Me and my family loved this holiday park. We rented a house for 12 days in June and it was great. The house had all the basic stuff but the best was the surroundings. Beautiful greenery all around.
Lovely little Tiny House village, cozy house, quiet and very well insulated (sound and warmth). Loved the modern fireplace burner particularly. The shower was excellent too.
Some little bits and pieces were missing (sink plug, some basic utensils) and I can't help but feel the tiny house could have been slightly better designed with smarter storage space in mind for coats, bags etc.
Lovely surrounding areas (by foot) to go for a long wander in the forest.
That said, it was really lovely and I'd definitely go again!
Nice place for relaxing ling weekends and holiday with family
The Netherlands Covebo recruitment company for the Vion plant Beware of Euro Parcs lodging scammers. They steal money, and after a year, for something you didn't do. Moreover, no one will even inform you about it. I do not recommend and even warn against going to that place. For example, a company rented a house to us a year ago, which we handed over in perfect condition at the end of the contract. We washed the floors, took out the trash, put out the used bedding, and still got a ticket for who knows what. Be careful because they are just scammers. You will pass this message on to anyone, anywhere
Beautiful park, lovely people.
